South Carolina Governer Mark Sanford. He “disappeared” for 5 days recently, while his spokesman told the press that Sanford was hiking the Appalachian Trail. It later turned out he had been having an extramarital affair in the meanwhile.

This guy is Mark Sanford, the governor of South Carolina who was recently involved in a sex scandal.The picture beneath is a part of the Appalachian Trail.Sanford had disappeared for a couple of days and it was theorized that he was on the A.T when he was indeed having an extra marital affair somewhere abroad.Thus,”Hiking the A.T” became a euphemism for ” Having an affair”.
