Firstly the pink thing is Dr Elena Bodnar’s ‘Gas mask bra’, that won an Ig-Nobel this year.
The two people invited to try it on were Paul Krugman, and Wolfgang Ketterle – 2001’s Nobel Physics winner.

Wolfgang Ketterle won the Nobel along with others, for creating the first gaseous Bose-Einstein Condensate, which was theorized by Satyendranath Bose and Einstein.
